I started seeing Doctor Brown recently when my doctor retired. I can’t believe how I hit the jackpot. There is never a time when she does not greet you with a warm smile, her staff are kind, professional, understanding and welcoming. Sometimes it doesn’t even feel like I’m at a dental office because of the joyous laughter that abounds.

I have been late a couple of times and I still get the same warm smile from reception. The team feels very in sync and happy, no one there is disgruntled- you can just sense that they’re happy to be there.

As far as the actual dental work is concerned- I am truly happy with the work that is done the hygienist are so informative and non judgemental. Doctor Brown is quick to note anything that needs attention. I am so happy I feel like my dental care is in such great hands.

To be a patient of Doctor Brown is to be a patient of Toronto’s best!

I would only use this dentist office if you want Professional, friendly, competent professionals that care! Dr Brown, the new Boss is amazingly friendly and competent (and thankfully on the right side of age and life expectancy so they’re stuck with me as a client for a LONG TIME now). I travel about an hour to get to this dentist and wouldn’t think of changing that! Dr. Assad, the previous owner, still comes to work because of his commitment to his patients and I’m sure was instrumental in how smooth and seamless the leadership transition was while managing to maintain their quality standards and unparalleled patient care. Might be a little more expensive than others but I’ve yet to get any high quality service or products in life for a cheap price. I probably sound like a paid shill at this point…so I’ll end it here 🙂

I saw dentist S.Brown as my new potential dentist and to be treated by her. I did hygiene, did fillings. I Also did fillings on my two front teeth that were big. Afterwards after a while I noticed the part of the teeth contour was inflamed and irritated. I couldn’t floss in between the front teeth and the gumline. It was irritating the gums. when I asked her on my next visit to check the gums teeth ,she looked quickly and told it looked okay and fine and to keep flossing nothing needed to be done. I went to another dentist for a second opinion. He checked all teeth,gums thoroughly and told the front two teeth wasn’t done properly the bonding material was too bulky it wasn’t contoured properly and there was some ledges. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS UNPROFESSIONAL DENTIST WHO DISREGARDS THE CLIENTS NEEDS AND CONCERNS.
