The staff is nice. My only issue is that they never do my cleanings in one session or anyone else that I know that goes here, I really don’t appreciate them always asking me to come back to finish the cleaning they charge my insurance full price for. Just because I have coverage doesn’t mean you don’t finish the cleaning. I was disappointed with the constant never finish the cleanings. I asked friends they never heard of this before this dental office seems to do this with many patients that I know that go here. I am dissatisfied and will be moving dental offices due to this reason. Also will be cancelling my future appointments moving forward. Also most dentist offices give tooth brush as a courtesy but this one does not do that either and I did not get any fluoride rinse at the end of the appointment like I usually do so I’m not sure what happened or any polishing, anyways maybe I was misinformed but very dissatisfied with the service here.
