Incredibly rude.
I made an appointment and then waited for over half an hour, when I was finally seen by the dentist, there was no apology for being late and instead I was asked “do you have somewhere to be?” as though I should be absolutely okay with the appointment being late. Then said “things happen in dentistry and waiting for half an hour really isn’t that long and if that’s too long for you, then maybe this isn’t a good fit”. I left unimpressed and would never suggest this place.
I had been a patient of Dr. Marc Weizman for almost thirty years before I moved from Montreal to the USA. The work Marc did on my teeth is an object of envy of my present US dentist. None of my many fillings fell off during all those years and the fillings are practically invisible (some of them are now over 30 years old). All that because of the high quality of Marc’s work and materials he used. Thank you Marc. I miss you. Vladimir Boucek
I booked an appointment in that clinic and have arrived at time. They said: Wait in a waiting room, we gonna call you. After around 50 min of waiting I finally asked how long should I wait and they said: Sorry, 30 more minutes or so… They totally ignored me and nobody tell me there is an emergency or something. If you respect your time don’t go there.
