I recently discovered England’s House through a recommendation from a friend. When I arrived, I was met by such a warm, friendly team and felt at ease straight away. I initially went because a very old, permanent retainer that Id had from years previous through other dental care had broken and I could see that my teeth had moved significantly. When I was younger I had very crooked teeth and used to get bullied as a result. My smile is very important to me. They really listened to me and understood how much this means to me. I instantly felt at ease and stress free. They offered me a variety of options of which I chose to move forward with the invisalign treatment. Throughout the treatment the team were incredible and so friendly. I looked forward to going to the dentist and felt pampered each time! They really looked after me and the whole process has been stress free. The end results have been nothing short of amazing. I now have my dream smile and I feel incredibly blessed to have found England’s House as they are the best dentists I’ve ever been to. Their attention to detail, customer service and efficiency are outstanding. Thank you so so much to Abi and the team! The absolute best! I highly recommend and I can’t thank them enough! Not particularly impressed.

I contacted them using their online booking system in July – no response. Then used the system in Aug – again, no response.

With no acknowledgements to the previous booking requests when using their system – this time rang them in early Sep – they advised earliest they can see me is late October (7 weeks away)… or maybe a cancellation if I’m lucky.

When I mentioned their online booking system is not working, they did not seem at all bothered, stating “it’s like that sometimes, it’s often best to ring” !!

THEN WHY HAVE AN ONLINE SYSTEM?

I appreciate they a likely very busy, so the gripe is not so much about the delay – even though this could have been much avoided if their system worked in the first place! My biggest criticism is the complete lack of concern that their patients are being let down by THEIR system!!

I have now booked an alternative dentist for next week.

Always friendly service here. Had a difficult and long extraction done last week, (1 Hour plus!) and Harj is THE most kind an compassionate dentist I could hope for. I even received a follow up call the next day to check on me.
