Reviews:
Another outstanding trip to the dentist :-). I’ve been with PMA Dental since 2017. Service and care from my previous dentist Fran was always excellent and, whilst it’s sad that he’s now moved on, my new dentist Sharan is also excellent. Earlier in the year I needed a filling replaced, which was done expertly, quickly and with the greatest of care. Then, just before Easter, I managed to fracture one of my premolars. Whilst I was fortunate not to be in any pain, the receptionist Alicia was nevertheless able to fit me in with Sharan very quickly. Less than a week later I have just returned with a superb repair to the tooth, once again completed with care and kindness. Thank you to everyone at PMA Dental as always 🙂
The rudeness towards patients is another level. At first I thought it was just me but then I’ve sat in the waiting room and heard them on the phone to other people and now looking at other reviews reporting the same – This shouldn’t be the standard. I have also seen a big turnaround in dentists whilst being here, makes me wonder what’s going on BTS. The second I’m accepted to another practice I’ll be moving but unfortunately there are waiting lists everywhere so doesn’t look likely.
As a new patient I’ve been really pleased with the level of care I’ve received. I was seen by Dr Nicola Brown and I thought that she and her assistant both took pains to ensure I was comfortable and that the work I had done would have a good outcome. I had a broken tooth repaired and two suspect fillings replaced and with any luck I will avoid – or will at least postpone! – the need for a root canal.
