Reviews:
When we made the appointment, we specifically requested a female dentist, as my son is more comfortable with females. We wanted to make his first dental visit as smooth and comfortable as possible. Unfortunately, when we arrived, this request was completely ignored, and we were seen by a male dentist instead.
From the very start, the visit was poorly handled. After filling out a medical history form, we were called into the room by a nurse who, along with the dentist, failed to introduce themselves. Shockingly, the dentist referred to my son as “she,” showing a lack of basic attention to detail and didn’t even bother to look at the medical history form we had just filled out.
The dentist asked no questions about my son’s dental health or hygiene and barely looked at his teeth. There was minimal communication, leaving us to ask questions ourselves. The responses we received were vague, unhelpful, and gave us little to no guidance on how to care for our son’s teeth moving forward. The entire interaction was filled with awkward silences, and the dentist displayed no bedside manner whatsoever.
We were then asked to sign a form to confirm the appointment took place, and had to ask whether the appointment was actually finished because the whole experience was so abrupt and unclear.
Overall, we were left feeling extremely uncomfortable and shocked at how poorly the appointment was conducted. I strongly advise against taking your child to this practice, especially for their first dental visit, as it completely ruined what should have been a positive experience for our son.
