I have been going to this dentist for a while now. I’m such a nervous and anxious patient I hate the dentist with a passion because of past trauma from Previous dentists in the past and I will not have anyone else. Doctor Day is an excellent understanding and thoughtful Dentist one of the best I’ve ever been too. Truly she is amazing at putting me at ease and not judgemental at all. I truly appreciate how she explains everything to me step by step and stops if I need her too and praises me throughout the whole process. I had a tooth extraction done last week and it was all explained to me step by step her assistant is lovely also and I had her assistant with my previous dentist so it’s so reassuring as she knows what I was like before I used to shake with fear and sweat so much before through fear. I have had the best experience with Alton Dental. You Dr Day and your assistant are a credit to the practice. I will be forever thankful I have finally found a dentist and assistant I 1000% have trust in. I know I have still a long way to go to get my teeth at a decent standard again but I wouldn’t be able to get them sorted if it wasn’t for you both being so kind and caring and understanding. Thank you so much you put me at ease every time.

I am eternally grateful to both Nik and Bethan for their care throughout 18 months of treatment culminating in the big day of dental surgery this week resulting in a very happy Rose who has her smile back again! You have been patient with me, made me feel safe and taken away the great fear that I had when we first met. I would travel the length of the UK to have my dental work done by you Nik. More to come in the future but for now I have my smile back, my confidence back and I could not recommend you and Bethan and the whole team more highly. The ladies on reception always have a smile and everyone at Alton Dental plays a part in making it such a positive experience. The trust I have in you is priceless. Thanks Rose

What can I say well Alton dental “your practice is excellent”.
Your team from the receptionists, to the dentists and nurse’s etc, are always exemplary and really look after all my dentistry needs.
They are professional and empathetic with great customer service.
But most of all their patient interaction. skills are first class.
Sukh was amazing a true credit to your practice, Tash assisted him excellently and both ladies on reception Claire and Dhevena were welcoming and professional and persevered in helping me find the dates I needed for my future visits. Thank you
