I’ve been a patient at this surgery for a few years now and have always had a great experience. Whenever I’ve had any scheduling issues they’ve always been helpful in sorting out a new appointment for me to be seen at a convenient time. I recently had a series of appointments with Sana to deal with a tooth that required a root canal and follow-up crown procedure and I can gratefully say the entire process has been easy, pain-free, and professional. I’m really happy with the final result and appreciate the care and generosity taken to ensure a good outcome. I would definitely recommend the surgery and the staff who work there. Thanks.

I have recently had 2 crowns fitted under Dr Yasmeen Ramjohn and I am very happy with the advice that she gave. She has provided a brilliant service and takes the time to explain things thoroughly. She really assured me that I was having the correct treatment. I really felt that she went above and beyond in her service. This service is very rare to find these days under NHS and I would recommend her services to anyone. The reception team have also been very accommodating in setting up appointments. Thank you.

There’s extremely limited parking and their window for lateness is tight. My appointment got cancelled due to being 7 mins late. They could see I was drenched in rain and I explained I had been driving around looking for parking. They still charged me a PS77 fee. There has to be some grace. Some kind of discretion. Seeing someone drenched in rain. 7 mins? That’s unfair. I’ll be looking for another dentist.
