My wife and I moved to Ibstock from Leics City Centre last year and as the Ibstock Dental Practice was full we had to register at an alternative dentist in Barlestone which we both went to on one occassion each and felt uncomfortable and unhappy with the treatment there but we had no other option than to stay with them. We were so happy when we got a call from Ibstock Dental Practice to say they were taking on patients again and we have both now secured places and have both had a great experience here. Welcoming reception staff, a lovely clean practice and friendly knowledgeable dental assistants and dentists. Thank you for all you do and keep up the great work!

Ive been attending this practice for over 25 years, why? Because the receptionists, the dentists, the customer service and the treatment is the very very best. I travel from my current home about 10 miles away because I could never go anywhere else. After much bad treatment, over time the amazing dentists have almost eradicted a fear of dental work I had since childhood. A very special place, thank you Ibstock Dental Surgery keep doing what you do. Thank you Dr Parekh she is the best dentist I have ever had.

Totally unprofessional practice, signed up for the NHS waiting list 14 months ago and when asking about progress they said they don’t know and they couldn’t even check as the list is too long, are we in 1970? Surely it takes a minute to check. Eventually told me that they would check another time and if I wasn’t on the list they would add me now. After 14 months of waiting? I understand waiting times are long everywhere but the attitude and unprofessionalism of the receptionist is completely unacceptable
