I’d been putting off going to the dentist for a few years because of a lot of nerves and shame surrounding my teeth. I built up the courage a couple months ago to go and did a search for dentist that worked with nervous patients, Smile&Wellbeing came up and I’m so happy I went with them.

Richard and his dental nurse Laura were so good at keeping me calm, creating a treatment plan that not only addressed my teeth issues but also worked on building my confidence at the dentist. My most recent composite restoration work has absolutely transformed my 2 front teeth, and I find myself smiling with so much more confidence.

Special shoutout to the wonderful team working reception! They’re always so lovely & friendly, helping to put me at ease before my appointment.

I have been seeing Richard for a few years now. He has removed two troublesome wisdom teeth without a hint of the pain I had been led to believe comes with such extractions. He has also fixed a chip in a front tooth beautifully and replaced several mercury amalgam fillings for me. He is very friendly and relaxed and always takes time to explain anything I have questions or concerns about. I have complete confidence in him and the only reservation I have in recommending him comes from my fear that it might make it harder to get an appointment!
