I went to register with them, booked my initial consultation after 4 weeks received email saying that my appointment was cancelled… I phoned them too see what was happening nobody answered my call left voice message and they didn’t bothered replying…Next day finally picked their phone asked them why nobody phoned me to tell me that my app was cancelled receptionist told me that they don’t need to phone me… I find it totally strange and hilarious this is absolutely necessary to phone their patients and LET them know…what if I didn’t checked my email and went for my arranged time…..totally unprofessional will not be back and just lost one high paying customer…

This practice is a disaster, avoid! Have been there for about 10 years and it completely changed since the start. Dentists are not staying there for long, I even don’t remember how many times my dentist was changed. The practice can cancel appointment on a day of the appointment without even explaining why, when I took a day off work because of this appointment. The next appointment available was in about 7 weeks. Now they don’t have NHS hygienist, they are asking me to pay for my 14 years old son who is entitled for free dental care. This is just a few things and it is much more from my experience. Very disappointed!

Awful service. Called yesterday for an emergency appointment but was refused due to not being able to pay my balance. Called NHS 24 who then said they were not allowed to refuse emergency treatment and it should be taken further. Now have a raging infection, swollen face and in a lot of pain. Called again now and they tried to say the same but when I told them what NHS 24 had said, they were quick to give me an appointment.

Went to my appointment and the blond woman on reception treated me like a bit of dirt on the bottom of her shoe. Rude, abrupt and give the NHS a bad name. Totally vile.
