I contacted Centro Dental Smiling from Salamanca because I had broken a previously crowned molar and wanted a dentist to look at it to assess what treatment was necessary before I could get back to my own dentist at the end of our trip, four weeks later. I was leaving Salamanca early on Monday before I could see a dentist there and Centro Dental Smiling quickly responded and gave me an appointment for the day after I arrived in Madrid which was truly excellent.
From the time I walked in everything was handled very capably and professionally. Three dentists looked at the problem, discussed the options with me and I was able to decide on what treatment I wanted so as not to interfere with the rest of our trip.
The fees were openly discussed and were more than reasonable. I could not have been happier or more impressed with the service and the professionalism of everyone there – all of whom also spoke very good English.

I took an appointment to see an orthodontist, instead I was received by two normal dentists who were trying to sell me a TAC scan by making me believe I needed one, with 90’s cheesy marketing tactics, and wasted two full hours of my life in the process.
I later asked you for the x-ray that you took in that appointment with your own initiative, and you charged me 65 euros to send it, even though in Spain you are obliged to give a patient’s file for free and immediately whenever it is asked. I paid you because I didn’t want to risk my file suddenly disappearing.
So, I have the invoice of that transaction, I don’t know why I don’t appear in your records, have you already deleted my file? You should’ve kept it for 2 years, no? But hey, who cares about rules and regulations
Last month I had my wisdom tooth removed at the clinic, and I was absolutely happy with the experience. From the very beginning, I felt extremely comfortable there. The entire team was extremely friendly and accommodating, and it was a huge plus that everyone could speak English (and one lady also German ) as well.
The whole process was smooth and professional, the doctor explained everything in detail and took my concerns seriously. The procedure itself was painless, and I felt safe and well cared for the entire time. I can highly recommend the dental clinic and thank you again for everything!
