I agree with Elisabet & Ramon (I wished we could make a formal reclamacion together…)

I visited for orthodontist because they accept Sanitas insurance.

The study of orthodontist, later I found out when they informed me, costs EUR74.50 with Sanitas. But Zarate charged me EUR650 at first visit, when they took an x-ray!!
(other dentists offer consultation for EUR50-80 before you decide if you go ahead with treatment or not).

However, Zarate charged me EUR650, and they did not present me with the results or plan of treatment!! They rush to put braces on you, without explaining, that way they can justify the money they charged you. I begged for treatment plan for Two months, then finally they informed me of the plan of removing tooth which I didn’t like!!!
Problem is, the orthodontist isn’t around all the time, she only comes once or twice a MONTH, and she is only there for limited hours, she does not have enough time to talk to you, treat you, or follow up with your questions.

They also do not have any digital record of the study of orthodontist. So any questions you may have, they gave me false information (assistant and marketing guy, they both gave me wrong information, because they don’t have the treatment record in hand) or they told me to wait for next appointment which is one month later! to find out what awaits me.

The marketing person starts off very friendly and gives all positive information that later turns out to be not-so-true.
They are not familiar with how Sanitas insurance works, so they sent me to the Sanitas Office to find out about how it works and they used me to obtain the Sanitas price list. I feels stupid now for doing the work for them, in fact, they are responsible for doing this job or they should have known in advance. But they used me because I was very cooperative and naive. Guy became very aggressive when I wanted to change dentists, which was a horrifying experience……

My new dentist in Santa Cruz was shocked how Zarate treated me, and accepted me to take over my treatment. They wanted Zarate to remove the braces to be responsible (as these clinics buse different braces), and Zarate marketing guy was furious that he said he’d charge me EUR200 for removal!!!

Just be careful. I have a few local friends who were not happy with Zarate.

Bueno ,no soy nueva ya he escrito anterior mente mis resenas,que hoy por hoy vengo a pedir perdon,si perdon por haber sido impulsiva y arremeter con una doctora que hoy por hoy me ha aclarado lo sucedido con mi caso,yo como ignorante y enrevesada, normal un dinero que pague y no me cubria mis necesidades,me enfoque en una persona que hoy visite en su consulta la senora dona Cristina zarate y explicandole mi caso que es muy duro por lo que he pasado y ante mi ignorancia arremeti con ella pensando que tenia conocimiento del mismo y hay va mi sorpresa que la doctora ni se imaginaba que tenia a tres ovejas negras detras de ella que su trabajo fue magnifico pero sus asistentes de pena y yo como muchos seguro que si van y hablan con ella se puede aclarar el mal causado por otras personas ajenas a ella paga ,la del nombre, no los cabritos corruptos no se si me he explicado bien,lo mio fue una mala praxis cometida por personal que ella daba el cien por cien sobre esas ovejas negras ni nombrarlas,pero diran este testamento el porque, pues hoy por hoy quisiera limpiar el nombre de dona Cristina zarate y agradecerle con mi corazon el haberme dado la oportunidad de tener por lo que un dia pague y gracias a su generosidad y sin tener culpa y estar ajena a mi caso al igual el tuyo, o el de muchos que como yo estabamos equivocados por errores ajenos me esta ayudando y porfin con su generosidad y sin animo de lucro lo voy a conseguir hay va mi escrito y mi arrepentimiento porque si hubiera hablado con ella antes no hubiera ocurrido esta confusion y a esos cabritos que no pensaron en que detras de un nombre hay un trabajo una carrera un sacrificio,y una profesion que se lo pasaron por el forro decirles que los hipocritas, corruptos pesados,estupidos,mentirosos…..se reprogramen y que entiendan que en la vida no hace falta ser haci tirar el nombre de una persona aparte de su carrera por beneficio propio que el karma existe,vaya que si pero bueno hay va mis disculpas y mi agradecimiento a la doctora cristina zarate una senora que sin comerselo esta pagando por tres miserables tres veces paguen y si tienen dudas de sus trabajos echos hagan como yo hablen

Me gustaria reconocer a la Clinica Zarate por el trato tan amable y profesional que estoy recibiendo. Los dos implantes que me estan poniendo estan siendo sin dolor y ademas me lo explican todo con paciencia lo cual me hace sentir mas seguro ya que me daban mucho miedo hacermelos despues de 10 anos. El equipo de clinica Zarate ha excedido con creces mis expectativas . Muchas gracias
