Overall my experience was awful. Just wanna start by saying that the woman at the front desk was so sweet and I wish her all the happiness. On to the main topic, even though I had an appointment (akut) I waited for 2 hours in pain. Most of it there was no one around to ask what is this about, everyone was inside of the treatment room for some reason and after 2 hours 6 people went out, I was in shook but anyways, they called me in. At first doctor was nowhere to be seen. I spend 30 minutes with the dentist assistant and since his english was not good it was mostly silence. He asked me few things and I thought you know when she came she’ll understand my situation quickly. After 30 minutes or so (in pain) the doctor came and I don’t know why, she seemed really angry and not happy ( which is completely normal we all have our upside downs) she didn’t talk directly to me for a while, I just opened my mouth and she was checking. I explained her which tooth was hurting and what kind of pain it was. Then suddenly she said ” You need canal treatment” and just injected the needle without explaining anything to me like why was this happening, how much it’s gonna cost etc. I went with the flow since I waited for 2,5 hours in pain. She left again after the injection since we have to wait a little for the injection to show it’s effect. She was back after 10 minutes and I was still feeling the pain. First she hit the tooth right next to my problematic tooth and asked me “do you feel this” I said no. Then she hit the actual tooth and asked the same question and I said “yeah it’s hurting” So long story short she basically inject the needle in a wrong tooth and after understanding that she said “oh that one already has tooth canal so I can’t do anything right now” I was outside of the door after 5 minutes later with an antibiotic prescription and a new apartment for following week. So after 3 hours inside I didn’t even get any explanation for possible reasons. All she said was “use the antibiotics and come back again next week, I hope they will work or I’ll send you for a surgery”. Like WHAT??? I cancelled my appointment because I honestly didn’t trust her as a doctor. I will talk to someone else but NEVER WITH HER AGAIN. Very unprofessional

Bei dieser Praxis bin ich mir noch unschlussig. Einerseits sind die Praxisraume schon, das Team ganz nett und besonders die Mitarbeiterin am Empfang eine ganz Liebe. Andererseits habe ich nach 3 Terminen mit meiner Tochter, welche Angstpatientin ist, kein besonders gutes Gefuhl. Besonders der zweite Termin, die Zahnreinigung, verlief total doof. Die Mitarbeiterin hat einfach nur mechanisch gearbeitet, als lage eine Puppe vor ihr. Keine Kontaktherstellung zur angstlichen Patientin, kein Erklaren, was gerade gemacht wird und was noch folgt, kein Einholen von Ruckmeldungen, wie es der Patientin geht. Als dann eine Spritze rausgeholt wurde, die eigentlich nur irgendeine Flussigkeit enthielt, ist meine Tochter panisch aus dem Stuhl gesprungen und ich musste der erschrockenen Arztin (Helferin?) erklaren, wie Umgang mit angstlichen Patienten eigentlich geht.

Bei den anderen Terminen hatte ich auch das Gefuhl, man wird “abgearbeitet”. Schon klar, als Kassenpatient bekommt man keine Extrawurst, aber wenn doch vorher klar kommuniziert wurde, dass das Kind viel Angst hat? Wozu dann die ganzen Fragebogen am Anfang ausfullen, mit Fragen wie “Was sollen wir besonders beachten” und “Was fehlt Ihnen in anderen Praxen”, wenn sowieso nicht darauf geachtet wird?

This is a great place to go take care of your teeth. The team was very professional examining and providing with solutions by priority. The atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming. I had to do periodontal root cleaning and the doctor Horantsian did a great job, I felt that I was in good hands. All the people here were very gentle and kind to me. They explained very well what was going on. Also it is great to have an international environment in the clinic, so the patients can speak and explain there complaints not only in German, but also in English, Russian and Armenian. For me, who lacks in knowledge of German language this was very helpful.
