First of all, I really appreciate Dr.Brian took me on Victoria Day for emergency during my travelling. My cavity filling fell out last night and he replaced it. Honestly, the entire treatment was smooth, I didn’t feel any pain physically. However, mentally I had a really severe anxiety attack which literally caused tachycardia and short of breath. I requested two breaks during the filling, I felt really bad for being so troublesome. At the end, my filling seems very fit.
Two things, if you expect an exceptional patient care, it’s gonna be difficult as Dr.Brian doesn’t talk much during the treatment unless u ask. Second, instruction or cautions for after-procedure was not delivered thoroughly unless u ask. Yeah, so as a patient, for better recovery, u gotta prepare some important questions before u leave the clinic.
Off-topic: Dr.Brian has a good outfit, Figs scrub with Givenchy sneaker. All black might be too serious? I feel some bright colour in dental clinic will ease patients a little, so I would really recommend Alexander McQueen white sneakers which will give extra height and make some contrast.
Receptionist: Lisa is so sweet, she told me a few good restaurants in Vancouver cuz it’s my first time visit. Such an outgoing and beautiful personality!

All the work was completed without any stress.
