Today has been my 3rd time visiting Dr.Aaron Carner’s office and my initial review still stands!! When I say EVERYONE in the office is so nice and amazing I mean everyone! They really take care of you and make sure that you’re as comfortable as possible! I was constantly asked if I was okay and I love that bc they genuinely want to make sure you as the patient is as comfortable and not in any pain during your treatment!!! I’m so appreciative of how well they took care of me and I would definitely recommend them to everyone!! 10/10 RECOMMEND!!!
Today was my first visit with Dr. Aaron Carner and his staff. And everyone was incredibly nice, accommodating, patient and welcoming! They explained everything in great detail and made me feel comfortable and at ease with my up coming procedures! I felt like they really care about their patients and this is actually the first time I’m looking forward to go to get dental work done! My first visit was definitely Top-tier!!
I left my house at seven in the morning for the 40 minute drive to make my 7:50 appointment. At 7:40 I was told I would be seen in 10 minutes which was perfect. At 8:10 I asked if the hygienist was in. I was told they took a new client first and that I still had a 10 or 15 minute wait. I left the practice. I have been a patient for several years, and this is the first time that I was told that someone was taken before me. I am a self-pay in full at time of services person. I was there 10 minutes early because I value their time. Clearly the practices is at the point where they don’t value my time, or as a patient, so I think it’s time to move on.
I don’t that I could say enough good things about this doctor snd his staff to actually explain why I gave them the 5 stars that I rated them. I had a tooth break, vertically in the root and it had gotten infected. Dr. Carner and his assistant (blonde hair, name..?) kept me i formed throughout the entire procedure with no hiccups! PAIN FREE! I only woesh they gave seniors a discount!!
