Unfriendly. My first app.the receptionist didn’t even look up just said, “Do you have an appointment.”? Then I found out hygienist called in sick and the wait time was about two hrs. They never called my to tell me either. Second time I had x-rays and assistant never even made eye contact. No smile, no how are you. 3rd appointment hygienist called in sick again. No music dead silence except loud drill going on in next room I had to hear for about 35min. before doctor finally came in sat down and looked at x-rays and never made eye contact either or any smile just why did you leave last dentist? I said my dentist retired. What a question! What business is that of his? You can’t get a live person on the phone. I have tried calling several times and get answering phone from someone from India. I have had to drive over to office to get someone to talk to about mistake they made on my insurance and billing. Depressing. Everybody acts miserable.

I called 2 weeks ago to make an appointment for today but some how an appointment was not made??? You call the office but they dont answer… ever. They have two numbers listed online for you to call, but only one of them works? Maybe update the contact information for your business? To me that seems like the bare minimum of having a business. You get rerouted to their call center which would be fine if they were useful, but theyre not since no appointment was ever made. Nothing against the people who work at this location, receptionist was nice. My whole experience was frustrating and I wouldn’t recommend this place if youre calling as a new patient. Maybe go in office to set up an appointment, which to me doesn’t seem efficient in the 21st century.

Y’all… I just had the best experience at the Mae Anne location. I’m on the closer side of 40 years old and take my teeth health seriously, but I just learned more about my teeth and gums than I ever have! The hygienist was incredibly informative. The front office staff are so sweet and the staff overall are super kind. I felt incredibly cared for today and needed to share.
