Reviews:
This was my third try in getting my extraction done. The first time I tried I found out the doctor moved the day of my appointment and they didn’t bother to call me ahead of time to let me know I had to make the journey for nothing, so I rescheduled then. The second appointment I tried to go to but again the receptionist waited until I got there to tell me that there is no one there to do my extraction. I was dumbfounded… what do you mean there isn’t one dentist in the building who can pull a tooth? So I re schedule a third time and the Cheyenne location sends me 35 minutes away to Marilyn parkway a month later. I get to the appointment, sit in the chair like normal, very distressed because of my previous experiences. Come to find out they lost my X-rays and the doctor who originally did my consult wrote down the wrong number tooth instead of the one that the cap feel off of eight weeks ago. That’s right I have a cap less tooth in my mouth. Also they numbed me before they told me that they were going to extract the wrong tooth and I am still sore from being poked. I am never going to absolute dental again I’m going to Abbey Dental instead. Poor communication all around
At first I didn’t think too much about it and even switched my primary to absolute Dental because they have laughing gas and will apply it when you have dental anxiety (like me)
However, I went yesterday to get a few teeth extracted and even though the wait was VERY long I didn’t mind too much because I finally got it and when you have pain you will do anything to get rid of it. I got in the back and had ANOTHER X-ray done even though I did that at the first appointment i had where I also REQUESTED laughing gas because I have bad anxiety and didn’t want to be awake for the teeth pulling, the dentist that did my extraction firstly did the numbing with those needles and it hurt so bad I cried, and then he didn’t do laughing gas! So I was awake for the whole thing!!! I am NEVER coming back! I told them the first time I came in that I have anxiety and I’m not good when it comes to dentistry and the dentist that did my consultation wrote down that I wanted laughing gas but yet the guy that did the pulling made me stay awake!!! Now there’s not much to do about it but I’m traumatized from it and I can’t see myself going back. So thanks.
DO NOT GET WORK DONE HERE. There office is AWFUL they don’t answer the phone ever! THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD $1400 without my permission and then ignored all my calls for a week. When I went in to get my root canal done I was at first told they would send me a bill so I can pay later then after arriving they told me I wouldn’t be able to do that, after rescheduling my appointment so I can make the payment at the time of tooth work they were UNABLE TO TAKE A PAYMENT after setting in there office for 40 minutes. They didn’t send my bill until 3 days later and then charged my credit card WITHOUT my permission. My temp crown broke and I can’t even get in contact with anyone to fix it now. They DOUBLE charged me for the operation totaling 2600$ THIS PLACE IS A SCAM DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE I AM REPORTING THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BERO and I suggest everyone else do the same NEVER DO ANY WORK HERE
