I’ve been going to Dr. Rick Copithorne since June 2023 after running from dentists for over fifteen years. The very first visit when I sat in the chair bawling my eyes out, he simply talked to me about my fears and what I was afraid of, before anything else. I had to have an extraction. After my initial X-rays, it was clear I needed a lot more work.

I’ve had the pleasure of being worked on by Lisa many times. She is very sweet and listened to my concerns each time.
Richelle, who did my cleaning, was very delicate and checked in with me every step of the way.
Paola, who was very new in the office, was fantastic with my implant on my most recent visit. She explained in detail what was happening.
Priscilla and Courtney at the front desk are great. Always offering calming words because they’ve come to know how anxious I am each time I walk through the door.

Each visit I sat there gripping the armrests waiting for the excruciating pain to happen and it never did. Of course after all the work I’ve had done, some pain here and there is to be expected. Most of it was just pressure. (Multiple root canals, an extraction, multiple crowns/fillings and a deep clean.)

I’ve spent a ton of money even with insurance and I would do it all over again if I had to. Dr. Rick changed my life forever. I cannot express how good it feels to smile with confidence for the first time in my life at the age of 37.

If your looking for a dentist or you have an emergency and Dr. Rick is in your area, I highly recommend paying him a visit. Easy to talk to and helped me overcome my biggest fear.

Your not alone with your dentist fears. I’ve come to learn it is insanely common! I understand. If you only knew how bad I was! I’m still afraid but each time it gets less and less. Do it for yourself. You deserve it.

Was looking up dentistry through friends and Google, came across Accelerated Dental, the place is very clean, restroom was clean and tidy, Dr Rick is amazing, he breaks down all the information on what needs to be done for the dental work, honest as well. The ambience is cozy and makes you feel at home. Had some complications with my tooth and they were able to get me in and out of the office the same day, twice in a week, and even after getting done, the doctor or staff will call to check on you. Staff providing customer service and care are impeccable. Already have been recommending them to family and friends and will continue to do so.

I would highly recommend Accelerated Dental. Why? Dr. Rick and his staff, Lisa and Jessica, as well as the front office staff are all so caring and professional. He spends time making sure you are comfortable and understanding of the procedure. The combo of Dr. Rick and Lisa exhibits an extraordinary team filled with compassion for their clients!
