I had a very disappointing experience with ACE Dental Care LLC. Initially, I scheduled an appointment with them for 7/25, but then I received a confirmation email for 7/24. Just a few minutes later, a front desk lady called to reschedule my appointment for 7/20 at 9:00 AM, which I was fine with. However, the next day, I received a text message that changed the appointment time to 8:00 AM.

When I called to clarify, I spoke to the same girl with a Southern accent who was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I asked about insurance details, she treated me like I was stupid, even though I was simply trying to confirm that the doctor I was visiting was in-network. I had already received a breakdown of payment from another dental office, so I knew what I was talking about.

Fortunately, the doctor I intended to see, Dr. Shin, has multiple locations. According to my friends’ recommendations, Dr. Shin is an excellent doctor, but ACE Dental is not the place to visit. They will play tricks on you, and I was lucky to find out before my appointment. I strongly advise against using ACE Dental Care LLC due to their unprofessionalism and poor customer service.

I would like to thank Dr Pallavi Rakesh and nurse Lorena who were so gentle during my tooth extraction. Dr Rakesh explained to me the procedure and the further steps. The anesthesia wasn’t numbing my pain as the infection was deep. Lorena held my hand and helped my cope with the painThank you so much Lorena ! Doctor cleaned out the infection and did the grafting as well to set the base for the implant. All this was done while explaining to me as they did it (they had also explained it before) which was kind of helpful because it helped me and encouraged me to come up with the pain

I feel grateful to have found a dentist who treats me like a person, not just a patient or dollar sign. I highly recommend you to anyone seeking top-notch dental care!
