I came with a retainer problem. The retainer’s glue went off. I described exactly what was wrong and only asked for a quote to replace the retainer for my lower 6 teeth.
Madame DANG THO looked at my mouth for 10 seconds. Confirmed what I said before and made a quote for the replacement (481.15 fr.)
On the way out, the receptionist asked me to pay 142.2 fr for the consultation.
I only asked for an estimate of the future cost. When I confronted the staff that it’s absolutely ridiculous.
They persisted that this can be considered as the first consultation.
To get an estimate I paid 142.2 fr.!
Judge for yourself if you want to deal with such people.
I have seen Dr. Ramos for a couple of years now and I have always experienced great professionalism, due care and attention in all his work. In particular I was very satisfied with the root treatment. He also explains the situation very well which makes you comfortable before deciding on a treatment. Started to take the kids there as well and they were very happy! Can highly recommend.
I had a very good experience with the Adent Acacias clinique especially with Dr. Carlos Ramos. He is very pleasant, speaks well English and he is attentive to details. I was pleased with his work on both regular fillings and route canal treatments.
