Earlier this year I had previously left a 5-star review for this office, but since leaving that review my experiences have been somewhat declining, thus I feel moved to update my review. My reasoning for three stars is as follows:

1. Billing (negative). This office has caused multiple billing issues for me in the past year with regard to errors and miscommunications about dental insurance, leading to unnecessary bills that need to be corrected. This is very frustrating, as I am insured by a major dental insurance provider and I have still had multiple billing issues this year–even with basic routine checkups. I wonder if the office uses an outside billing service which might be part of the cause for all the miscommunications and errors.

2. Office communication (positive/negative). Every secretary I have spoken with is cordial and professional. It can be frustrating trying to communicate about billing, since there are only three set days per week (as I have been told) that the office has access to communicating through their billing servicer–so there can be somewhat of a waiting game when it comes to getting in touch with someone who can help with your account.

3. Dental Care Experience (positive/negative): The quality of dental cleaning and treatment is very good. The office is clean and the staff is professional. However at every routine visit I have made to this office in the last few years, I’ve noticed that there have been various new “add ons” where promotional products and services have been pushed, which I haven’t experienced at any other dental offices I’ve been to in the past and isn’t really a pleasant experience (feeling like your routine dental appointment is turning into a sales appointment)–especially considering I am generally in very good overall health and have no need for so many add-on dental health products and services to be pitched to me so frequently.

4. The doctors are very knowledgable and professional.

For these reasons, I think that 3 stars is fair given the overall experience I have been left with is generally positive, but the repeated billing errors have been time consuming and stressful to get corrected.

I recently had the privilege of receiving dental care from Dr. Talwar, and I can confidently say that she is an exceptional prosthodontist who goes above and beyond in providing premium dental care. From the moment I walked into her dental office, I knew I was in good hands.

I’ll start by saying this was the best dental appointment experience I’ve ever had, now let me explain a little , so on Sunday night my lower tooth broke and left a sharp corner that has been cutting into my tongue for two days,i had been looking for a good dentist, I forgot to mention I suffered from major anxiety from prior bad dental experience , but I read the reviews for this location and I felt safe going there ,,, and let me tell you they are extremely nice, kind,caring, and understanding, from the moment you enter their office you feel very welcome and they treat you very good.
They understood my anxiety and were very helpful on explaining everything every step of the way , yes I have found my perfect dental officeI recommend it 1000% guarantee you’ll love it.
