A good dentist is hard to find, and I’m so happy to have found Dr. Nichols.

Dr. Nichols is very professional with a great bedside manner. He has a way of explaining what’s going to be done beforehand to make me feel at ease.

The staff is also very friendly and does a great job accommodating busy schedules and taking last-minute urgent appointments. I especially appreciate that there are appointments available after regular 9-5 workday hours.

In the 3 years I have been a patient, Dr. Nichols has never, ever, shamed me for not flossing enough. He understands that we are all doing our best, which is my favorite part about having him as my dentist.

I’ve also noticed how very aware and careful he is in making sure he isn’t causing any pain. He makes sure to give me a heads up to let me know if something might pinch a little, which makes the whole experience a lot more comfortable for me.

Did I also mention their patient chairs have back massagers? The whole process of getting my teeth cleaned now feels like a luxury.

I really enjoy having Dr. Nichols as my dentist and highly recommend Advanced Dental Concepts.

Advanced Dental Concepts, the practice of Dr. Dana Nichols, is a 10 out of 10 stars in my book. From the front desk staff, the team of hygienists and Dr. Nichols himself, everyone here is so wonderful! Historically, I’ve had a really rough time going to any dentist and feeling calm. That all changed when I came here, Dr. Nichols leads his kind and welcoming staff to make everyone feel at ease. It is such a great environment and they do top-notch work without pressure.
