I can’t recommend Dr. Korwin and his staff enough. I suffer from extreme anxiety about going to the dentist and had not been in several years. During my first appointment I was so anxious that I drove past the turn and went serval miles out of my way, making me late, This was the my first introduction to Peggy at the front desk. She is sweet, kind, and friendly. always greeting me by name, making me feel welcomed. She is very good at knowing my idiosyncrasies and sends subtle reminders to pre-medicate when necessary. Peggy is also very efficient as she explains the costs and the insurance coverage at each appointment so there are no surprises.

My initial evaluation found inflamed and bleeding gums. Denise, the Dental Hygienist always encouraged me and emphasized the importance of brushing and flossing correctly. She was with me through every step of the way until we got the problem under control.

When it is time to be seen, Marisol, Dr. Korwin,s assistant comes to the waiting room to escort me in to see the doctor. She is very knowledgeable and adds to the calm atmosphere by talking about what procedures will be taking place. I love the way that if she see that I’m getting anxious she talks to me in very gentle way to take my mind off of it.

Since it was years since I had been to the dentist there were a number of procedures that had to be done. This is where Dr. Korwin and his Dentistry with a Gentle Touch comes in. I had a broken tooth that needed to be extracted as well as a failed implant. This is the first practice that I didn’t need Xanax and/or nitrous, in fact the extracted tooth only required novocaine and I didn’t realized it had already been removed. I can’t explain the calm that comes over me when I sit in the chair. I’m sure it is a direct reflection of the way that Dr. Korwin calmly and thoroughly explains the procedure and truly has a gentle touch. I always feel that I am in safe hands.

It’s been a little over a year since my first appointment and I am about to have the final fitting for my new set of lower implants. I look forward to having a long relationship with this group of wonderful professionals and I want them all to know how much I appreciate them.

I had a nasty fall with several injuries which included dental injuries. As I was sitting in the emergency room, my husband made a comment to me, “Thank goodness we have Dr. Korwin in our corner”. His office staff was able to get me in the office quickly and assess what dental work was needed. I’ve been a patient of his for many years, starting out with my dental phobia, which I’ve overcome with his kindness, patience and skills. Once again I sat in his dental chair without a worry about pain or what the outcome would be. Dr. Korwin gave me back my smile – again! Dr. Korwin and his staff are phenomenal and I would highly recommend making an appointment to get your smile back again!
