Reviews:
Dental visits can be scary for kiddos & parents even! But they made it very easy. The staff was great. From the girls at the front desk to the techs and Dr’s. We were there for vision and dental. I loved that I had multiple kids at an appointment being seen at the same time and were side by side so I could see both kids being treated and know what’s going on. Then they took us right to vision and they were just as great. I also love they are open late!
This place is seriously the best all the way around. Wait time wasn’t long either. I have 6 kids. And took 2 to see how I would like it and how kids would, we all loved it and I have made other 4 kids appointments!
Thank you everyone at Adventure Dental and Vision!!
Very poor service. Today I received a text saying my son had an appointment when I had never made an appointment for him – especially when it’s in another state. I was very concerned that an appointment was made for him showing Kansas city when we are physically living in COLORADO. When I called to gain some clarity, and advice about what has happened the receptionist or to whomever I spoke with (young lady named CARA/KARA) was very rude. Her tone of voice was not accepting and as a parent I was concerned about another individual using my sons information. I could only imagine how staff is inside office.
They did not tell us beforehand that only one of us would be allowed back in the room with my son. When I asked why they said it was because the room was too small. When my husband came back from the room he said it was not too small for both of us. If that is your policy that’s fine but you need to tell new patients that when they make their first appointment. It would have been nice to know I wasn’t going to be allowed I would have scheduled at a different office.
