If I could give zero stars I would. I took my 15 month old baby here for a first ever dentist appt he chipped one of his teeth from grinding while teething. The dentist I spoke to that day was super nice explained everything to me. His tooth had decay. The dental assistant basically blamed me breastfeeding my son for why it was decaying. The dentist gave me 2 options on what we could do for it and I decided to go with a filling. We went in later that week for it and saw Dana, her assistants were avoidant and rude. We waited 45 minutes after being taken back and then I was told my son had to be strapped to a table, they weren’t going to numb him because “baby teeth don’t have nerves and he won’t feel it” no laughing gas nothing and my son was panicking. I was told I needed to stand to the side of my son so he could see me and as soon and they realized the glasses weren’t going to stay on one of the assistants threw a towel over my sons face. He was screaming in pain and shaking the whole time and I kept asking Dana if she was sure he wasn’t feeling her drill into it and she said yes. My son is so traumatized from the entire experience we can’t even go get his hair cut without a melt down as soon as the cape goes on. Oh and I spoke to my dentist who also sees pediatrics and his tooth is way worse decayed then it was when I brought him here. So they traumatized my baby and made the issue worse. Do not bring your children here
So we like this place because 70% of the time dentist are great with kids. We have been lucky this year and they have had some great dentist except for one assistant was mean and rough. The problem is the front desk they’re usually always rude and as I write this at my kids appointment we are waiting an hr pass the scheduled time. When we were on time. 0 apologies anything just “were behind” A schedule time I should add we have 0 say in because they will automatically schedule you without any input to what works for you. And won’t even tell you when it is untill a week before they send you a “reminder”. When asked about it they tell you the system automatically dies it and that we can opt out. But apparently that doesent work because they keep doing it.

Honestly if they can the front desk and scheduling under control they would be 100x. Better

I am sorry, but this place gets a one star. My daughter has been waiting for glasses for like two months it seems. I call several days a week and all I keep hearing is….. Your daughter’s glasses have been out sourced, sorry about that. Because of this our daughter’s stigmas is getting bad, she also has to hold her tablet close to her face to see movies. She’s a negative nine in glasses, and really needs glasses to see. She’s special needs, down syndrome and autistic and non verbal. Without her flssesx
