Have been here for my preventive care twice. And I’m glad that I could see the same faces who helped me the first time. Page is fantastic. She really makes the whole process of teeth cleaning a breeze. She greeted me genuinely. She always explains what I’m going to expect in details so that I know what’s going on. She’s gentle, professional, and knowledgeable. She could even remember what our conversation entails, which was 6 month ago. Priya is also amazing as well. Very friendly and effective communication. Not pushy but offered efficient assistance. Again, she could remember me who only met here once 6 months ago since without talking to me but only acknowledging me while she’s on the call, she checked me in. The dentist, Dr. Bracaglia is very friendly as well. I haven’t had any actual care done by her just yet but she definitely sounds she knows what’s going on for sure.

From the time I was told about how good Aesthetic General Dentistry of Frisco is, I’ve come to totally agree. I entered the immaculately clean office and was greeted by a very friendly staff. The receptionist, Sara, was quite happy to welcome me to the practice. Paige, the hygienist was next and did an awesome job on the x-rays, examining, cleaning, and flossing. She was really professional and thorough throughout the whole process. X-rays were a breeze.
Dr. Patel, found that I had some much needed work to be done and explained in much detail two options and how he was going to perform the work. I’ve never had a better experience from great people. I received quality care all the way from the front office to Dr. Patel.

Do NOT go to this money hungry dentist office!!! I just moved from the woodlands and had all my xrays etc done. And all I wanted was to brighten up my smile which they do offer on their site. But they wanna bill me for more things like xrays to even sell me a whitening procedure. I asked if I could have that dental office in the woodlands email my info and xrays which mind you, was only 6 months ago to be confirmed, I’m fine. But they denied it simply because they only wanna bill you more money and that is a sure sign not to EVER give this place your business! There’s thousands of dentist offices so i promise, you don’t have to put up with this nonsense.
