Place is a joke. Front desk lady is rude and argumentative about EVERYTHING. Showed up 30 mins early, wanted to confirm new insurance change, scolded about that until she noticed I had already confirmed the company, my appointment was for 11am, told I was wrong it was 10am, showed the front desk lady I confirmed via text for 11am and she read the text off my phone herself, then of course was scolded and she just HAD to find somewhere that the appointment mix up was my fault. Told me she called at a later date and left a message that my appointment was changed like it always is and NOPE not a voicemail to be found in my phone. Appointments you wait months for are always changed last minute, at their convenience and it’s always a staffing issue. They lose great staff every time I’d come in and that’s a huge red flag to me. Front desk staff (specifically the doctors sister or whatever she is with the broken English) is unprofessional, loud, runs her mouth about patients in front of other patients in the waiting area, about staff, extremely rude and like I said, argumentative. Every time insurance is brought up and the moment I had to walk out of the office one last time she made a snarky comment about their office being the only ones accepting my insurance. That is in fact, not true and just a scare tactic. DO NOT GO HERE.

Without question this is the best Dental experience that I have had in my entire life. Starting with Janet at the desk and with Brittany and Iris. Dr. Noel was absolutely terrific. Adeline went through billing with me and it was a very simple process. I chose them because they were one of the few in the area that did sedation dentistry. The whole process was seamless and every time I go back I actually look forward to going to see everyone. They made me feel comfortable and at ease with every appointment and every step along the way… EXCELLENT!!!

The staff was very friendly and it was easy to set up an appointment, however, the dentist was over-aggressive with my teeth and jaw during the cleaning and fillings when I went there over a year ago. And I heard from a friend recently when she went, they are still just as rough. The dentist had aggravated my nerve pain so bad, I was in tears for a week despite them reassuring me they would be gentle. I still have PTSD from them but a new dentistry I just tried out highlighted how unnecessarily rough this facility gets with cleanings and fillings.
