I thought this was going to be by set dental office, until I started noticing some red flags. First off, employees will come into the room and take your phone to write themselves a five star review or ask in exchange for a service that they forget to provide you with at the end. One girl took my phone and sent herself a referral link to her temu, which was awkward to refuse. Second of, they made an appointment after my temporary broke off not even a week later and had me waiting in the room for over two hours. After the two hour mark I got up and out of the office, about to walk out until they told me to go back and they’d be right with me (they weren’t). They overcharge when you pay with your insurance. One root canal and 7 cavities which I was told was going to be $1,700, but less with insurance ended up being $5,000. Now I’m having to pay more than what it would’ve been out of pocket. Avoid this place.

The dental work was ok. My complaint is with the billing. A claim was submitted to my insurance company and after more than 90 days past due, the dental insurance company told the xrays submitted did not match the tooth on the claim. Affordable Dental then resubmitted the claim. Subsequently the resubmitted claim was paid. Yesterday I received a bill from Affordable Dental for the original claim. I am not sure if this will ever be resolved. It is affecting my credit. I am not too happy about it.

Upon entering the facility I was greeted and treated with absolute respect by the front office. She looked into my insurance coverage right away. Once in the back, Amber took me for x-rays and was very gentle in taking the pics. She’s very attentive and listened to my concerns. Very thankful for their help in improving my smile.
