This should be the template for all affordable smiles offices.Dana ,Thai,Dr Nguyen and the entire staff were great very professional and courteous . It’s been a long time since I’ve experience a office where the people in the place appeared to enjoy their jobs and treated the patients liked they knew them .I’ve had the same cardiologist for 27 years still being treated as a new patient this was a breath of fresh air totally enjoyed the experience and will recommend this to all my clients and friends special shout out to Brittany
I made an appointment to get my teeth cleaned. After taking X-rays I was informed that I would need to schedule a teeth cleaning. They didn’t seem to think that they should have told me when I made the appointment that you have to let them see your teeth in advance of a cleaning. So weird and seems like a way to just get another office visit fee. Disappointed and will find another dentist to clean my teeth.
Excellent first experience with Keisha, Monique and Dr. Nguyen. This trio was helpful, pleasant and took great care of me. They described and showed me everything they were recommending. This was one of my best Dental visits in a long time.
Checking in and out was even a pleasant experience, I was greeted with smiles entering and leaving.
