Dr. Kwong at Ajax Dental Centre has been my Dentist for a number of years and always gives exemplary service, his staff are friendly and wonderfully polite and I have never felt any pain in any procedure. They take good care of me! Yesterday, I unfortunately had a terrible fall while walking my dog and chipped two front teeth and cut my lip. I was a mess! I immediately called Dr. Kwong’s office as it was late in the day and they said come right over. Dr. Kwong and his staff took care of me right away, took x-rays and were able to temporarily cap my front teeth. It is absolutely amazing how much better I look this morning! I was a mess yesterday – like I had been in an car accident. I am so grateful to Dr. Kwong and his Staff. Dr. Kwong did absolute magic yesterday – He was worried about the pain I was in but I was okay – he gave me a little freezing to numb my mouth and then gave me more freezing once it was numb so I didn’t feel the needle and all the work they were doing on my mouth. I don’t know how he got my smile back by 7:00 pm last night. I am going to need some more dental work next week – this is just temporary, but he got me up and running and I’m good this morning. Thank you Dr. Kwong and your wonderful staff at Ajax Dental Centre. I don’t know what I would have done without you – I am writing a letter to the Canadian Dental Assoc to tell them how amazing and wonderful you all are at the office and I hope you win Dentist of the Year Award! Thank you! You are the best!

I am one of those people that have avoided going to the dentist because it’s a very uncomfortable feeling. I was very fortunate to find Ajax Dental Centre. From the moment I went in I felt welcomed and was greeted by some amazing people. From the hygienist to my dentist to the reminders you get from them. This is a fantastic dentist and I highly recommend them. They are very gentle and patient-driven.
I’ve been going here for almost 20 years and I always have a positive and respectful experience. Christina is my hygienist and she’s the best. She’s very personable and is thorough with a gentle touch. I love how she always explains everything that she does. Highly recommend!
