I am writing to express my profound dismay and anger regarding the egregious medical negligence that led to the tragic loss of my aunt’s unborn child

Despite repeated visits and medical consultations, you and your team failed to pay attention to crucial pregnancy reports that indicated significant complications. As a result of your reckless disregard for these critical warnings,
This callous and irresponsible oversight is utterly inexcusable. It is due to your incompetence and negligence that my aunt was unaware of her child’s death for an extended period, a circumstance that could have jeopardized her own life. Your actions have caused immeasurable pain and suffering to my aunt and our entire family the fact that my aunt had to seek medical attention in Pakistan to discover the truth about her child’s death speaks volumes about the inadequacy of your care and oversight
I demand immediate accountability for your actions. I insist on a thorough investigation into this matter, including a review of all medical records and protocols followed during my aunt’s care
Be assured that I will not rest until justice is served and proper restitution is made for the harm caused. Your negligence has forever altered our lives, and we will pursue every avenue available to ensure that you are held accountable for your actions.

I gave 1 star only because the reception is nice, but the orthopaedic specialist and the manager is the worse. They look down on my sickness, they think I’m just pretending to be in pain. They even think I’m just exaggerating about my allergies. The manager not only not solving the issues he is not being helpful at all and said he made me the only one problem that he can’t help for his 15 years of work as a manager. If he think he knows everything,how come he and the orthopedic specialist don’t know that allergy reaction can be a lot of form and think it’s impossible that I have allergy to a lot of medicine and it just a problem with my eyes!
The manager is very rude, keep asking me whether I understand or not, while I told him 3-4 times that I have no problem at all with my English, my English is fluent enough to work as a translator and work in a foreign company

My sister had the worst experience with this clinic She had her routine checkup with Dr. Shazia. where a scan was done by Malaz Maysar. A radiologist of a 17-week-old baby on a 15-6-2024 scan was done here; The baby had no movment or breathing But Dr. Shazia did not bother To review the report or even check it She did not declare anything and told my sister everything is fine and shes good to go. my sister travelled to her home country and had a scan there Where the baby was declared dead after three weeks Just because of theircareless behaviour my sisters life was in danger. She is responsible for my sisters health And her babys life. This place is not recommended at all dont visit here
