Dr. Ponich has been my dentist for over 30 years and has supported me through routine care to reconstructive surgery after an accident. He is professional, practical, and has a great team around him.
Really poor customer service. Poor treatment of long time customers. They don’t optimize treatment to take full advantage of benefit plans. Dr. Ponich’s wife yells at customers.
