For reassuring me and making me feel safe at all times by explaining and going through every little detail that was needed. I will definitely recommend it. I would like to raise my concern for being not treated well specially in the reception.
Maybe im not well spoke in english but need to understand the client the best that a reception could do, please do some actions about this matter.
