Terrible experience at the orthodontist. Felt discriminated for being european, did not exchange words, he directed me to the chair with the hand, he saw me less than 10 seconds and did not tell me my own diagnosis. He didnt even discuss my case with me, and the filipina nurse there looked at me with a sad face. I could see she knew it was wrong. She was more profesional than the doctor. He kept interrupting my questions by taking phone calls, texting and didn’t seem to want to spend more than 5 mins in the consultation. He didnt answer my questions, just bluntly ignored me as If speaking Arabic was a requirement to go to the dentist. I complained to receptionist and nobody cared. Then I told my husband, who is local, he complained to the reception and their attitude change cus he was not expat. Seriously? You all are so back in time, living in the 1950’s or what!? Race Discrimination is not up to standards in 2022. This place just wants to take insurance money from people. Horrible.

I was particularly impressed by the remarkable performance of the reception team, especially Ms. Hasna . She demonstrates exceptional quick thinking and a unique and noticeable competence in managing patients’ reactions with ease and distinction.

The best dental clinic, where the people who work at the reception are very kind and helpful, and the doctors are patient and considerate with people who have a fear of dental treatment. The clinic offers a comprehensive range of dental medical services at the highest level.
