I can’t say enough good things about both doctors. I have had wonderful care from both. I used to Iive 20 minutes from the office and now I live almost an hour from there and I plan to keep on driving there whenever I need dental care. The doctors and the staff are superb. And they actually wait until you are totally numb to perform procedures, which is fantastic. I know that is what supposed to happen, but I have been to plenty of other dentists that did not wait until I was numb. They consistently ask you if you are having pain. They are professional. They make me feel valued as a patient. They care about their patients. After certain procedures, the doctor even calls you the next day to see how you are feeling. That is awesome! Thank you to everyone at the office, the doctors, the appointment setters, everyone at the front desk, the billing representative, the hygenists the dental assistants and to anyone else that I may have not mentioned. You do a great job!

I came to the appointment expecting some extreme discomfort based on past experiences at other dental clinics, but I knew I needed this treatment done. Dr. Austin Hoan escorted me to the treatment room, and after an hour of dental work, I was done. When I say I felt zero pain, I mean I felt ZERO pain. Hardly even discomfort. Dr Austin and his team are amazing! They exceeded my expectations.

Most recently, my son broke his front tooth and Dr Austin replaced it with a crown. My son broke it again and it left a whole in his smile. We called to find out that the office was closed for the holidays and would not reopen until January 4th. I left a message on their emergency line requesting a return call. I received a call back from Dr Austin within 10 minutes; explained what took place and he said he wanted to see my son the next day, during the time his office was closed!!! We went in for the appointment and he took the time to make a temporary crown until the permanent crown arrived. Wasn’t expecting such amazing service!
