I recently visited Albany Dental and I received the best care from their staff. The receptionist (I believe her name is Lauren?) was absolutely friendly and extremely helpful when it came to providing future dental costs, also very patient as it was my first time attending the Dentist alone. The woman who checked up my teeth and did a deep clean was also very friendly. When I explained that I was hard of hearing, she quickly adapted to this information and spoke louder for me to hear as I couldn’t lip read through her mask. I have another appointment and I will make sure to get her name again and add it to this review because the service she provided was excellent!

I recently left my dentist who I was seeing for over 20 years to come to Albany Dental. I love how when you arrive you are greeted warmly, the atmosphere is relaxing and beautiful. My hygienist, Kaitlyn, is AMAZING! I love how she is always concerned with my comfort and so gentle, yet effective with her techniques. She explains everything she is doing and always gives me tips on how I can support my dental hygiene even better. I really love going for my appointments because of her… I also love my goody bags at the end! LOL. I would highly recommend this group of professionals…. oh AND, they don’t over charge either!!!!

Albany dental has been my family’s favorite for quite sometime now. I like Nora, the awesome front desk lady who is so friendly, approachable and definitely knows her stuff. Whenever I have question about appointments, billings she’s always ready to help me. I also like Katelyn (not sure if the spelling is right), she is my hygienist and very thorough with her job, listens and answers to all my questions. I highly recommend this dental place, it’s clean, well sanitized, organized, everyone are professionals, no mix-up with schedules, never fail to connect with customers for last minute changes.
