I visited Dr. Kerschen today for the first time to have a crown placed over a root canal. It was a little tricky because there was also a deep filling but Dr. Kerschen took his time to explain everything to me and has state of the art dental equipment to do the best job. He and his assistant were wonderful, professional, caring, and I received the crown the same day as they make them immediately on site. I will be returning for all my dental care.

They take the time to do thorough exams and individual patient plans, give very thorough explanations of your assessment, any procedures etc. in addition to having fantastic customer service and bedside manner, they also utilize the most updated technology to provide the best possible care. Great service and attention to detail. Dr Kerschen addressed all my concerns, gave me all the details I needed to make the best informed decision I could regarding my treatment. Everyone that I interacted with was very friendly and knowledgeable. They also made sure to figure out insurance coverage so I know exactly how much will be out of pocket without having to call back and forth the office and my insurance.
