The first visit I waited an hour and all they did was X-rays. Then I was told I needed a new crown, deep cleaning, root canal and 3 fillings . I went and got a second opinion. The only thing the second opinion agreed with was a root canal. But I went ahead and made an appointment anyway with the fillings. I waited again for another hour. Then the dentist came in and asked what I wanted him to do. I told him I was there to get my fillings done. He said he couldn’t cause I wasn’t approved yet. And yet I already was told by the receptionist I was. He asked me if I wanted to do the deep cleaning. I said I might as well cause I already waited an hour and took time off work. I have never had a deep cleaning before. I WILL NEVER DO THAT AGAIN!!! After a couple of days I called and told them about my pain. Then after 2 weeks I called them again and the receptionist said the dentist was out of town and she probably wouldn’t hear from him for a few hours back. I never received a call back. So I had to go to another dentist to get them checked. It has been a month and a half and my teeth still hurt!!! And sometimes it causes me headaches.

Dr. Rios was awesome , his office staff especially the office Teresa was very thoughtful and very accommodating when I needed to.get.my teeth cleaned i was scheduled in quickly. When it came time to be seen i didnt have to wait a long before Dr. Rios worked on my teeth, then came Isabel, the dental assistant, she made my teeth look fabulous with one beautiful polishing job on my teeth. After all this they made my my teeth feel and look like a million bucks, i could tell my teeth had been well taken care of .

First time I called the front desk lady was really rude but game me my appointment. The day of my appointment I waited in the lobby for 20mins..
I still had to come back and this time she was nicer.
The dentist and assistants in the back are so nice and make you feel comfortable asking if you’re doing ok.
We all have bad days and to be honest this staff is better then the ones before them
