The clinic and office feels like a cozy home. The front desk is friendly, organized, and efficient. Dr. Vulpoi is gentle, kind, and takes my anxiety away because she is so careful. She describes what is going on through stories and metaphor. The hygienist is easy to chat to which helps keep my mind off of procedures. I am a patient of Dr. Vulpoi and am in the process of receiving bottom dentures. I have been there four times including my initial appointment. Dr. Vulpoi has been professional, courteous and always instructs me on the next step & upcoming procedure.
I have had different dental assistants during those visits and they are all professional & courteous as well.
