My recent experience at Alderwood Family Dentistry was exceptionally positive. Dr. Jonas demonstrated a high level of professionalism and competence in removing my upper wisdom teeth and addressing a mucocele on my bottom lip. As someone who experiences dental anxiety, I was greatly impressed by the staff’s ability to make me feel comfortable throughout the procedure.
The dental assistant, Fatima, was both attentive and comforting, providing a level of care that greatly reduced my anxiety. Additionally, the receptionists, Gisele and Himani, created a welcoming and polite environment, allowing me to feel valued and at ease from the moment I walked in.

Extremely satisfied with the team at Alderwood and the incredible work they do! A few weeks ago I had an emergency with my lower brace, as it completely came off on one side and needed to be placed back immediately. Dr. Kevin was so accommodating and fixed the issue in no time. I also had a cleaning with dental hygienist, Arsema, who not only gave me the best cleaning I’ve ever had, but also provided me with helpful education on how I can take better care of my teeth. More to that, the administrative staff is incredibly friendly and helpful! Having a busy schedule doesn’t allow me much in the way of flexibility, but they have been very helpful in setting up dates/ times that work for me. The receptionists, profession of dentists and Dr. are all very lovely people, who make you feel comfortable to the people with disabilities.
They really are very friendly and provide accommodations for communicating with gestures and writing notes.
It was a super jobs and convenient communication for my disability.
The big team shows a super amazing cooperative spirit.
This team is so honest and professional.
