It was my first time having teeth cleaning and oral examination here. There are several thing that really impressed me.
1.the examining machines/equipments actually blew me away. They provided clear pictures about my whole oral condition including gum, and even bone. Of coz , Dr Derek was really patient to explain everything in details to me.
2. The environment is really clean and the vibe is not stressful to me
3. The hygienist who cleanse my teeth was gentle. I had not cleansed my teeth for 3 years , so it was supposed to be painful but actually it wasn’t excruciating as I thought it would have been.
I remember the last time i had my teeth cleansing in other place , it was really painful to me.
AMAZING service. Dr Shirley was super helpful with all my (possibly stupid) questions and was considerate of my concerns, even aesthetic-wise and financial-wise. Front desk assistants were extremely helpful in submitting my insurance claims and were cheerful – it feels really great to visit a place were even the employees are happy. I am new to this dentist and feel so lucky to have found it through Google. If you are looking for a dentist in this area – seriously, go to this one. You are in good hands, from the start of your visit to the end. 5 stars!!!
Super good experience for my mom who is 80+ years old. She has 6 visits so far in the past 2 months, 2 more to go. She has done scaling, root canal, filling, bridge, crowns, and even implants. She has not a single word of complaint about pain or swelling. Dr Shirley, Dr Kenny and Dr Derek are so patient and understanding, going through every detail with me and my mom, and fine tuning according to her needs and expectations. Receptionists are very nice and knowledgeable also. Thanks to all the staff. Highly recommend.
