They kind of cornered me in the lobby and made me give a review before the apt had taken place. I felt uncomfortable and pressured to leave a 5 star review. Then we sat in the lobby for an hour and a half just to have a 5 min long conversation and X-rays .They told me that a procedure that she needed wasn’t covered and asked me to pay cash (ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS LOLOL) or get a payment plan (later found out it was covered by insurance) they said my kid had 5 cavities (she has seen a dentist every 6 months since her first tooth and her previous dentist apt was just in February (now it’s July) and she had none at the previous appointment so I was suspicious but didn’t focus on it too much because they never brought up the cavities again lol, just trying to get me to pay out of pocket for something else. No one ever followed up. They chipped her front tooth and told her that she had stained teeth (she doesn’t) and it made her feel so upset and sad. I booked another dentist and had them do X-rays and she had no cavities and they also informed me that the other procedure was covered.

…maybe I had a weird experience but…I’d be cautious.

My daughter is 9 years old and has been wanting to come to this office since she was 2 yrs old because of the vibrant colorful design and attention it gets from all ages from the outside. I wish I would have chosen this place years ago for both my children. The office we went to previously for years always put my kids in a bad mood and anxious before appointments due to the staff being rude and sometimes inconsiderate.
All Kids Dental feel warm , welcoming and fun. My daughter was excited to come in for her appointment and even happier she is leaving with braces. The staff loves what they do and they do everything with compassion, patience and grace.

I’ve never been the one to write reviews however I do have to give it to them. I hate the dentist and get anxious, However that changed for me here they make you feel welcomed. I’ve gotten my wisdom teeth pulled out here, root canals done and even my braces here and I can say they truly do care to see you happy with your results. I love and appreciate when they go over any procedures with me in detail. The front desk staff are nice and helpful, so grateful that they can read my handwriting. Many of the other staff there have made me feel so much better about the health of my teeth. If you’re looking for a dentist like that then this is the one.
