I’d like to share my experience about this dentist. I went to the dentist since 2015 to 2022. I didn’t speak up for myself when they made mistakes because I thought that they would have my best interest at heart but that wasn’t the case. And when they messed up they reviewed my chart and because I had been a patient for so long they figured out they better cover me as far as redo. They had a major attitude towards me and they tried to charge me for a redo. I bought the upgraded material for my two front teeth that I was told was shattered inside and needed to be replaced. When they use the upgraded material the dentist was adjusting the shape of my front tooth and went too far and took the corner off so she rounded it. I didn’t like it but being stupid I felt sorry for her. But every time I looked in the mirror I hated it because it wasn’t what my teeth originally looked like. I paid a fortune for this and I paid upgraded material for a bridge they redid that was old. It came back and it was Gray and they saw it when I complained. I knew in the demeanor that I was getting that that probably would never be replaced by them for their error. A tooth on the other side also was Gray they replaced that one right away. Trying to redo the front tooth I should have just left it rounded I should have left the mistake there because they used a different material which I know has metal in it because it gets really cold and hurts. It took them 10 times to match the other front tooth which they had replaced at the same time. At the end result it’s still doesn’t properly match. I could not understand why they couldn’t just call the lab that they used to reorder the one that they had filed off to Short. Having come to this dentist since 2015 I was comfortable with signing the normal paper for getting work done well the dentist who owns the place slipped in a paper that said that I am okay with the bridge and it won’t be replaced. That just hurt me because I really thought being such a long time customer that they would have my best interest at heart but they didn’t. I wouldn’t recommend this dentist to anyone. They should have cared to back their work. So spending over $10,000 over $10,000 I thought that I would get a perfect smile and that didn’t happen. I walk around with a gray tinted Bridge. I asked for my file it took 3 months to get and some of the paperwork was fabricated. Just sad I hope that going through the death of my son and a cardiac arrest and recovery time that they would rethink what they did to me. If you choose this dentist good luck keep on your toes they are not going to back their mistakes

So happy to have found Dr. Lin and this excellent dental team! After retiring & going on Medicare Kaiser Advantage, the availability of dentists who will accept Delta Dental CARE insured patients was extemely limited. I had to drop my long-time dentist. The reviews for the dentists on the list provided were abysmal. All Smiles Dental, by contrast, is deservedly highly rated, takes my insurance, and provides gentle, caring, very professional services. What a relief! They explain tooth issues clearly and patiently so you understand, and provide down-to-the-penny costs and options BEFORE any work is performed. Painless, professional, and great communication.

I cannot praise Dr. Sandhu and his team enough. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the receptionist and made to feel right at home. I have never had to wait or had any trouble with appointments.

As someone who typically dreads dental appointments, I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable and relaxed I felt during my visit. Dr. Sandhu is not only highly skilled but also incredibly gentle and attentive. They took the time to thoroughly explain each step of the procedure, easing any concerns I had.

The entire staff is professional, courteous, and genuinely cares about their patients’ well-being. I would recommend to all.
