I will say the receptionist was awesome. After that it went downhill. I needed to be seen on a Saturday because of tooth pain. My regular dentist was closed. So I get there, wait 45 min to go to the back. Then I wait another hr. Nobody even checked on me or anything. Remember I was in pain. So I hunt down an assistant and ask how much longer and she says she will find out. Another 15 minutes go bye And finally the dentist comes in. Never apologized, was very short and to the point. Actually borderline rude. He did fix the problem with my tooth but it was just awkward and uncomfortable and I would definitely never return.

I recently visited Allenwood Dental in Woodhaven for a routine cleaning, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I received. The dental hygienist Crystal was not only professional and knowledgeable but also very gentle and thorough in cleaning my teeth, the staff members were friendly and welcoming.
I appreciate the time the dental hygienist Crystal took to educate me on proper oral hygiene practices and answer all of my questions. My teeth feel incredibly clean!!

The dental hygienist Crystal was readily available to expeditiously do a deep cleaning treatment on my left side. She upheld my request to only use a small amount of anesthesia due to my health concerns. This was the first time I ever got a cleaning done where I didn’t get wet! Her techniques were top notch and she was professional.
