If I could I would probably give them zero stars. First girl was kind but no one knew what was going on. They told me to come in at 1 I show up 15 mins early and they have no idea who I am .. check me in seat me then some snooty lady came out telling me I couldn’t be seen unless I get them so update my referral. Place is a joke. They just lost out on $300 I’ll keep my wisdom teeth never will I go back there or I’ll find somewhere else . I called and talked to one of your lady’s Wednesday and told me to come in Friday at 1 . So that was my appointment. You guys have no idea what’s going on in your own business. Place is a joke. And for you to say I came in and demanded an appointment is just hilarious don’t post that you want reviews and then treat people this way
I am and always have been terrified of the dentist, probably to the point of ridiculous to be honest. I had an appointment to be put to sleep and get 4 extractions. As soon as I walked in I was crying and terrified. The staff there is seriously AMAZING. They comforted me the entire time, talked me through the procedure and just really went above and beyond to make sure the giant baby I am was okay. Everyone in here is seriously amazing. I GLADLY drive the hours it takes me to get there because I know the quality of care will be so so so worth it. Cannot highly reccomend enough!!!!
They all was very polite to myself and to my seven year old son who they was working on who has slight autism and speech difficulties and who has has had bitten dental people before but this round here they explained everything to my son they was doing to him n telling him how good he was doing and all even when they used needles n drills on my son’s teeth he sat there without problems I was so pleased with his experience and willingness to let them work on him I’m vey pleased with alpha dental n my son will most definitely be going back as he likes them their
