The dentist is nice, but the work that I had done on me was literally just a couple of filling. I don’t know how you mess a filling up, but I’ve been unable to chew on left side since December. I wasn’t even feeling pain or was even aware I had a cavity before I went in. I had went back 3 times to have it fixed, and they said everything looked fine in the xray, but still tried to fix it. It was never fixed. I deal with tooth sensitivity every couple of weeks. It comes and goes. Not to sound dramatic, but this has absolutely ruined my day to day life. Currently looking for a new dentist.
Hands down THE BEST team I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. They were all so great with communicating the how the process would go, as well as making me feel comfortable throughout. It was worth the wait I must say… Although the wait was very humbling (TMI). I’d recommend Alpha Dental to anyone looking for a wonderful, professional team!
All staff is awesome polite, tell you step by step what’s going on, they make you feel so very welcomed and comfortable! The whole office is also very clean and neat as well as the restroom. I would give 10 stars if I could, I recommend this office to everyone and you won’t be disappointed!
