I happened to visit Al Sharq Medical Center Dibba multiple times. Every time the experience is disappointing and I’m sorry to say just because a few unprofessional staff the whole center gets the blame of being inefficient and gets poor reputation.
Specifically with regards to the staff on 4th floor they always seem to be in a rush and are show no empathy to the visitors. Not even ready to listen and answer any queries. Would never recommend anyone who wishes to get a proper consultation in Dibba to visit Al Sharq Dibba again. Also they seem to charge AED 30 more than the standard fee of AED 50 for issuing MOH Sick Leave Certificate.

I’ve been to Al Sharq hospital in Dibba twice before and both times my experiences was not the best, to the point where I try to avoid visiting the clinic. I was met with doctors who were not patient and empathetic, the consultations felt very rushed and examinations were not thorough. One doctor was so rude he told my husband to be quiet.

Today however I was pleasantly met by a very nice doctor, Dr Eyad Moawia Kelany he made me feel so comfortable, not only was he kind, empathetic, and patient he was thorough with his examination and I would highly recommend him if you need an orthopedic doctor.

One of the most unemphathetic attitude of staff, especially nurses belonging to an Asian country who are famous to talk in English…salamat po…They just don’t listen to the patients….Have no concerns regarding well being of the people…behave in an unacceptable manner…I would like to bring it to the notice of concerned department that especially 4th floor nurses and receptionist need to change as they are the ones that deal with the patients most and are rude.
