I am from Ontario traveled to Vancouver to board a cruse. I ended up with a cracked tooth that needed attention. I called this place and was greeted with such compassion and care for my situation. I was boarding the next day. They were able to book me in that afternoon. Upon arrival i was treated with respect and compassion it was like i have been going there for years. I was sean bye the Dr who was very sympathetic with my situation. She took her time went through all my options and we decided to pull my tooth. Even during the procedure she was polite and gentle not in a rush and took her time. I was impressed and how she treated her co workers with respect and politeness. I highly recommend Alta Dental they made it their priority that i would be able to enjoy my cruse. I cant thank you all enough for the service you all gave me. I give it a 10 star thank you again.

I hadn’t been to the dentist in 2 years and I’m so glad I finally went and chose Alta. I just needed a regular check-up but it’s probably the most thorough and helpful initial appointment I’ve ever had. Their space was super clean, lots of air purifiers, everyone was SO nice (I’m always worried about how staff talk about oral care and if they use shame around how you take care of your teeth but that was not the case here), they were so upfront and helpful checking with my benefits to let me know how much I’d be responsible for paying, the doctor and hygienist checked in multiple times to make sure I was feeling okay and wasn’t in pain, and they were just so friendly. I will continue ti come here for sure!
