I attended this practice twice and believed I had been accepted as an NHS registered patient.
However when I rang for an emergency appointment I was told I had not fulfilled the conditions to be fully registered and so they could not help as they were no longer accepting NHS patients.
Clearer explanation of requirements to be a fully registered patient would prevent such confusion.

Joe Flight was my dentist for a double extraction. He was very considerate; a patient and attentive listener; he went as far as to have my preferred music playing even before I entered the room. Plus of course he achieved the extractions without discomfort or complications. The systems are also excellent for bookings, reminders, and payments. All good.
